Program Structure
Our nine-month fellowship is built to help you grow into a confident and skilled urgent care provider. You'll progress through four distinct phases, each building on the last – deepening your clinical knowledge, expanding your responsibilities, and developing the independence to manage a full shift at a WellNow clinic. Throughout every phase, you'll learn alongside dedicated faculty who provide hands-on guidance, continuous feedback, and mentorship at each step. At WellNow, our commitment to your development doesn't end at graduation; we're here to support you through the fellowship and well into your career as a core WellNow provider.
