Our hiring process*

Speak with a recruiter

One of our recruiters will contact you for an initial phone interview to discuss the opportunity and answer any of your questions.

Interview with the hiring team

A virtual interview will then be scheduled with you and the hiring team, where you will learn more about the position and share your background.

Shadow a WellNow employee

We partner you with a current WellNow employee for an in-person shadow to learn firsthand at what your day-to-day may be like at WellNow.

Receive a hiring decision

If you're a match for the position, your recruiter will extend an offer. Congrats! You will receive more details around your new position and have the opportunity to ask additional questions.
